Main responsibilities
Under direction of Business Manager and Rental Team Leader to assist in departmental reporting, operational job processing and process of flow documentation within department.
· Prepare and issue Aspire rental activities and invoicing reports
· Assist in processing rental request forms and raising purchase requisitions
· Assist in maintenance of Rental and Work at Height Trackers
· Maintenance and standardising all rental equipment groupings and descriptions within Rental software system
· On & off hiring of equipment in Rental software system
· Receipting of hire PO’s in purchase to pay system
· Assist in maintenance of equipment inventory card within software system
· Work with other team members to ensure job process in accord with call off requirements
· Assist where appropriate in improvement of department procedures and processes
· When required, assist in preparation and issue of departmental reports

HSEQ responsibilities
· It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with the Company's HSEQ Policy and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Sparrows Integrated Management System. The incumbent must report any incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems to their Line Manager.
· The incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health and safety legislation to follow all Company processes and procedures and familiarise themselves with the emergency response arrangements applicable to them. The incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
