The role
This is a varied, hands-on Production role covering manufacture and dispatch. You'll work across multiple areas of the factory floor, building practical skills as you go, all backed by full training.
Working hours: 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday — no weekend or evening shifts as standard. Overtime is only asked for when order books require it, so you can rely on a consistent routine.

- Willingness to wear PPE, including powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) masks, as part of the role

You'll report directly to the Production Supervisor, who'll support your training and development throughout your induction and beyond.
