Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager & Bookkeeper to join our team in the UK. This pivotal role based in our workshop will support our financial operations and ensure smooth administrative processes, contributing directly to our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software.
- Prepare and process accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures.
- Support audit preparations and compliance activities.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Liaise with external accountants and vendors.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with Xero accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Prior experience in a motorsport or automotive environment is a plus.
