Experienced Bar Staff – The Tavern Social
Location: Water Street, Liverpool City Centre
Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available

The Tavern Social is an exciting new all-day restaurant, bar and live-sports venue opening on Water Street in Liverpool city centre.
We are looking for confident and experienced bar staff to join our opening team. You will work in a fast-paced environment serving cocktails, draught beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks to a consistently high standard
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
- Prepare the bar before service and complete closing duties
- Follow licensing, hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures
- Support stock control and minimise waste
- Work efficiently during busy services, sporting events and private functions
- Work closely with the bar and floor teams
What we are looking for
- Previous experience working in a busy bar
- Cocktail-making experience is strongly preferred
- Good knowledge of spirits, beer, wine and basic cocktail preparation
- Confident communication and customer-service skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the UK
