The Role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will:
- Proactively win new business and grow your own client base
- Build and manage long-term relationships with existing clients
- Work primarily in a telephone-based sales role
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Represent premium, well-established brands with confidence
No previous telesales experience is required – we’re looking for the right attitude and drive.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
- Clear and confident English communication skills
- A positive, motivated attitude
- Sales and/or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong determination and resilience
- The confidence to handle rejection and push forward
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- A genuine desire to succeed and earn commission
