Salary: £12.71 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
NUYU Dental and Aesthetics, a brand-new, modern dental practice opened recently in Cheltenham, is seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team part time. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming experience for our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Duties:
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries as needed
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organised at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- A friendly disposition with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Knowledge of dental terminology or experience in a dental setting is an advantage but not essential
