AutoProtect Group have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our department in Harlow, Essex.

The Role
To ensure effective and prompt response to all telephone calls and email requests serviced by the business support team. You will be required to provide administrative support the management team and field agents. You will be required to be part of the first line telephony response for Dealers, Policy Holders and Field agents for enquiries on AutoProcess, Underwriting and any Customer Support requests. The Job role will be varied and integral to AutoProtect’s back office support.
What You’ll Do
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous/professional manner within required SLA’s.
- Any clerical/administration tasks which may be required to support the management team.
- Deal with all general enquiries within your ‘agreed level of knowledge’ from field team, policy holders and dealers.
- Administration support to sales agents.
- Processing online amendments and cancellation requests from Dealers and policy holders.
- Processing of policy transfers
- Processing of Dealer setups through multiple systems
- Pricing configuration
- Provide professional corporate image to all company contacts.
- Effective allocation of company correspondence (written/oral).
- Other reasonable duties as required.
What you’ll bring:

- Good communication, oral and written.
- Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Work well under pressure Ability to learn new processes quickly
Essential:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Good understanding of voice/soft skill
- Basic knowledge of PC skills
Desired:
- Experience in a FCA regulated environment
- A background in insurance product administration and claims resolution
- Knowledge within the motor industry
Pay & hours:
- Salary: £25,000
- Working hours: 35 hours per week
