You can pick either of shifts we are flexible in terms of candidates picking their own schedules for work:
- Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay RatesDomiciliary Care:
- Before probation: £13.00/hr (Weekdays)
- After Probation: £14.00/hr (Weekdays)
- Before probation: £14.00/hr (weekends)
- After probation: £15.00/hr (weekends)
Bank Holiday Rates:
- Before probation: £18.00/hr
- After probation: £20.00/hr
What You’ll Be Doing!
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and grooming
- Supporting with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration
- Prompting or assisting with medication in line with care plans and company policy
- Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support
- Helping with everyday household tasks to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home
- Supporting clients with daily routines, mobility and independent living tasks
- Following individual care plans and accurately reporting any changes in a client’s health or wellbeing
