The Role:
Heading up the conveyancing department will mean just managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
I don't need to tell the perfect candidate what that entails - you already do it - just understand tat you will not be responsible for getting clients, onboarding clients, preparing quotes, or dealing with processes, systems, HR, IT, or any other tasks that typically drain your day, and prevent you from simply 'billing'. You will have at least 2 team members that you will work closely with, but not 'manage' in the traditional sense. We have a practice manager for that!

- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
