Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and high-quality food presentation
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from ingredient selection to final plating, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while respecting established recipes and standards
- Train team members in proper cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and hospitality best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment by enforcing sanitation procedures and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or seasonal menu changes that excite our guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating flavorful dishes that delight guests
