Working as a Care Assistant with us is about more than just providing support, it’s about enriching lives with compassion and respect. From helping with everyday tasks to sharing a friendly chat over a cup of tea, or simply offering reassurance when it’s needed most, the small moments you give can make a big difference.

Your Role:
Support our clients to live safely and happily in their own homes by providing compassionate, person-centred care. Whether you're helping with personal care, preparing a meal, enjoying a cup of tea and a chat, or simply being there to offer reassurance, you'll make a meaningful difference while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing every day.
Essential Requirements
- A caring, compassionate nature
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- Currently living in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
- Live within 5 miles of Epsom, Ewell, Worcester Park, Banstead, Cheam, Carshalton & Wallington
No Experience? No Problem.
You don’t need a background in care to join us. We provide full training, a thorough induction, ongoing coaching and shadowing shifts to help you grow in confidence. If you have a kind heart, good communication skills and a willingness to learn, we’ll give you everything else you need.
Areas we cover: Epsom, Ewell, Worcester Park, Banstead, Cheam, Chessington, Kingswood, Carshalton and Wallington.
Pay: £14.50-£16.50 per hour
