We are now starting the next phase of our project which includes the building of additional new kitchen & dining area. As a result we are looking to expand our team and are seeking passionate chefs to join us.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Have a passion for high quality fresh food and service
- Be flexible, hard-working and customer driven, with an understanding and love of great food
- Possess high standards and show an attention to detail
- Have great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Have a desire to learn
- Speak Fluent English and have the right to work in the UK.
A few key responsibilities of the role include;
- Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the food presented
- Supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
- Preparing & presenting high quality fresh food
- Understanding and complying with food hygiene regulations.
