Job Description
We have exciting opportunities to join our Children’s Home in the LE3 New Parks area. Our homes are Ofsted-registered residential settings that provide safe, nurturing environments for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
At our homes, we are passionate about enhancing the lives of children by offering consistent, trauma-informed care that builds trust, confidence, and resilience. We believe every child deserves a chance to thrive — to be heard, understood, and supported in shaping their own future.
We promote honesty, integrity, tolerance, and respect, and we encourage both staff and young people to embrace responsibility, teamwork, and personal growth. Our goal is to bring out the very best in everyone — staff and children alike.
