Senior Lettings Progressor
Westminster
Salary: £32,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9-6 (Fridays finishing at 5pm)
Experience: Experience in tenancy administration or the property rental sector.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Senior Lettings Progressor to join our dynamic and customer-focused team in Westminster. This role is ideal for someone with experience in tenancy administration or the property rental sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service while ensuring new tenancies progress smoothly through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- · Progress all new tenancies from the point they are agreed through to move-in
- · Ensure all correct certification and pre-tenancy requirements are in place
- · Apply for and monitor tenant references
- · Draw up tenancy agreements and invoices
- · Arrange and coordinate any relevant pre-tenancy works
- · Liaise with landlords, tenants, negotiators and contractors to ensure a smooth process
- · Keep all parties updated throughout the tenancy progression process
- · Ensure all tenancy paperwork is accurate, complete and processed within required timescales
Must-Have Requirements
- · Previous experience in tenancy administration or the property rental sector
- · Experience using Reapit and Goodlord
- · Strong customer service background
- · Willingness and ability to commute to Westminster
- · Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- · Exceptional customer service, organisational and telephone manner
· Able to deal with a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
Nice-to-Have Skills
- · Strong knowledge of the lettings and tenancy progression process
- · Experience coordinating multiple tenancies at different stages
- · Good understanding of pre-tenancy compliance and certification requirements
