Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Body Repairer / Fabricator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for repairing and restoring all types of damaged commercial vehicle bodywork to its original condition.
- Body Repairs (Panel beating / panel pulling /body filling)
- Fabrication (Modify trailers / rigid bodyrepairs / builds)
- Strip/fit (Remove & refit panels / doors/ wings and associated components)
- Efficient and conscientious worker
- Abilities or qualification in welding (MIG) essential.
- Carry out chassis jig repairs.
- Duties to include the use of hand tools,pistol drills, riveters, MIG welders, and Oxy - Acetylene torches.
Required Certification & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Overtime may be required during busy periods.
