ROLE: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant (or similar degree)

A Primary School in Bexley is seeking Psychology Graduates to work as a Teaching Assistants to start from September 2026.
Pay rate: £85 - £100 per day.
New Formation Education are currently seeking graduates who are looking to work as a Teaching Assistant. These roles are available at an Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary school, working on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).
These roles are open to graduates of any discipline, these opportunities are ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching within either a Primary or Secondary school. As a Teaching Assistant you will be offering students and staff support which could be some or all of the following areas- 1:1 classroom support, SEN support, offering general classroom assistance and exam invigilation.
These roles are on a full-time basis and you will be working till the end of the academic year. These roles will provide graduates with invaluable skills and experience necessary to become a successful teacher and will also support securing a position on an upcoming teacher training programme.
What do you need?
- A bachelor's degree
- A desire to work with children and guide their learning development
- Aspirations to become a teacher (not essential)
- Availability to work school hours (between 8:30am - 4:00pm)
- Some relevant experience working with young people (preferable)
