We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, fitting, and welding components using MIG welding techniques and general fabrication machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
Perform high-quality MIG welding on various steel and metal assemblies.
Measure, cut, grind, and prep materials accurately using standard workshop tools.
Inspect finished products to ensure high standards and precise tolerances.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in MIG welding and general metal fabrication.
Driving: Must be able to drive. Factory not commutable by public transport.
Skills:
Proficient in English (strong verbal and written communication skills).
Good practical Maths skills (accurate measuring, calculating material lengths, and working with angles).
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings/blueprints.
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
