Here at Krazy Horse Welling, we are looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician.
About the position
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.
You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with our range of brands, Microlinos and Motorcycles. A large part of the Workshop Technician position involves:
Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
Ability to independently find solutions to problems.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
An eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Quality awareness.
Communication skills.
Full clean driving and Motorcycle license.

Krazy Horse are a group of motorcycle, car and ebike retailers which were started by Paul Beamish as a hobby when he couldn't get motorbike parts he needed locally.
Since opening in 1995, we've grown massively, now thousands of customers visit our four showrooms every year to buy cars, motorbikes and eBikes. Owners can also get their vehicles serviced, enjoy some retail therapy and in the Bury St Edmunds retailer there is the KH Cafe.
Our car dealership in Bury St Edmunds sells new and used Morgan's and Caterham's which we are able to service, maintain and upgrade in our fully equipped workshops.
Based in Bury St Edmunds, Welling and Oxford each showroom really is a destination to visit.
