We're looking for a strong Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM provider on a prestigious static commercial contract in the City of London.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Static position
- 1 in 4 call-out rota
- £100 standby payment
The Role
You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial estate, working on a wide range of building services systems while ensuring the site remains fully operational.
This is a varied role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and working within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong multiskilled building maintenance background
- Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
- Commercial FM/building services experience
- Full UK driving licence (required for on-call duties)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
