We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years practitioner to join our strong, friendly and supportive team.
As a key member of our nursery, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and guiding children aged 0–5 through their early development. You should have a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be confident in applying it in daily practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality care throughout daily routines.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities.
- Take responsibility for a key group of children, supporting their development and tracking their progress.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Strong knowledge of child development (ages 0–5).
- Experience of working with babies is preferrable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, proactive attitude.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
