Job Overview
We are seeking a Laser Machine Operator to join our personalised gifting company team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser Engraving for customers orders, you will help ensure all customers orders are fulfilled to the best standard possible. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a team of talent craftsman.
Duties
- Operate laser machines safely and efficiently to engrave, or etch various customers bespoke orders
- Monitor machine operation throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary for optimal output
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Assist with fabrication processes including grinding, welding, and assembly as required
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all operations
Requirements
- While experience is favoured we offer full training for someone who may not have the experience.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in Laser engraving our jewellery and leather products.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately
This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills within a growing gifting company environment while contributing to high-quality production standards.
The role will initially be Saturdays, 8:00am–4:00pm, with additional overtime opportunities available, particularly during our busier periods.
