Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality operations, service workflows, and internal process improvement activities
- Oversee team performance, operational standards, budgets, reporting, and compliance support
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, vendors, internal departments, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor service quality, workflow accuracy, documentation, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, quality control, and overall business performance
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, performance updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in quality operations, operations management, process improvement, supplier coordination, manufacturing support, or business services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with quality systems, vendors, service teams, or operational improvement projects is an advantage

Pay: £68,000.00-£109,000.00 per year
