Team Locum is a specialist complex care agency supporting clients across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, and Solihull. We are looking for FEMALE only carer to look after a client in B12 area
The client requires a passionate individual to help support them, They struggle with communication however they are supported by an AAC machine, they are a huge football fan of Liverpool FC, it is also important the client is as independent as possible, offering choices throughout the day and keeping them company are essential.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting clients with a range of complex care needs through a combination of longer day shifts and domiciliary care visits within the community.
Successful candidates will be expected to provide high standards of care, promote independence, and support clients with their daily living activities while always maintaining dignity and respect.
Hours Available
· 08:00 – 21:30 – 2 to 3 shifts per week
· Weekends essential
Essential Skills
· 3 months previous care experience within UK
· Experience with administration of medication
· We are accepting Female staff only for this position
· Needs to be able to attend training based in Kings Norton B30
