WE’RE HIRING — EXPERIENCED BARISTA
Oak & Olive Deli & Shop, Hythe
We’re looking for an experienced Barista with previous food/hospitality experience to join our team at Oak & Olive.
Please note: relevant experience is essential for this position. This is not a trainee role, as the successful applicant will need to be capable and confident enough to take responsibility for the shop independently.
The role includes preparing coffees to a consistently high standard, food preparation and service, customer service, opening and closing the shop, and general day-to-day duties.
As a key holder, there will be quieter periods when you may be required to run the shop independently and unsupervised, so we need someone with enough previous experience to confidently manage all aspects of the role. You must also work well as part of a team during our busier periods.
Weekend availability is essential. As a retail and hospitality business, weekends are a major part of the role, so please do not apply if you are unable to work weekends.
