Holmer Court Care Home is a welcoming 33-bed residential care home for adults over the age of 65. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated day team.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, leading and motivating the care team while ensuring our residents receive outstanding care and support. Maintain and promote high standards, promote dignity and independence, and create a positive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and supervise the care team during day shifts.
- Deliver and promote high-quality, person-centred care.
- Administer medication
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Support new and existing staff through mentoring and guidance.
- Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards and company policies.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Attend meetings
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a senior care or Team Leader role within a residential care setting.
- Has a genuine passion for providing exceptional care.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Is reliable, compassionate, and able to work well under pressure.
- Holds a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

Pay: £14.78-£17.28 per hour
