Salary: £25,000.00–£27,000.00 per year (£13.00–£15.00 per hour)

Your Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll make a positive difference every day by providing practical help and emotional support to our clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Support with meal preparation, hydration, and feeding when needed.
- Administer medication safely in line with care plans.
- Perform light household duties (laundry, cleaning, shopping).
- Offer companionship and emotional support through friendly visits.
- Escort clients to appointments or community activities.
- Monitor and report on clients’ health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate updates with the Home Care Manager.

Requirements
- Must live in the UK and be willing to work within Oxfordshire.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car (required).
- Right to work in the UK (required).
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Ability to commute or relocate to Oxford before start date.
- Availability for day shifts (Monday–Sunday).
Who We’re Looking For
You are caring, patient, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others live with dignity and independence. Experience in domiciliary or healthcare settings is welcome — but not essential. With full training and continued support, you’ll quickly feel confident and valued in your role.

- Occasionally within residential care environments
