About You:
- We welcome applicants from customer-facing sectors such as hospitality, lettings, property, furniture retail, telesales and call centres. Experience in furniture, mattresses or premium retail is helpful but not essential. We also welcome high-calibre recent graduates, as full training will be provided.

Additional information:
- This is a fully onsite role with no remote-working option.
- You will work five 9-hour shifts per week on a rota basis. Weekend working is a standard part of the role, and applicants should expect to work most Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.
- In addition to our Camden Branch, you will also be expected to provide cover at our locations in Bounds Green, Wandsworth Common and London Bridge from time to time.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional showroom experience
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Handling enquiries in person, by telephone and online
- Creating, managing and following up sales leads
- Preparing quotations and confidently asking for the sale
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Entering orders and customer details accurately
- Liaising with workshop, delivery and customer service teams
- Resolving customer queries professionally
- Maintaining a clean and organised showroom
- Supporting general administration and other duties when required
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
