We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team providing first-line assistance and support to our customers, both individual and trade, from the UK and across the globe. As Customer Service Administrator, you will deliver great customer service through a variety of channels such as telephone, email and webchat. As you grow into the role, there will be plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge and understanding of our exceptional product and services, as well as get to know our loyal customer base.
Using a variety of systems, you will be responsible for processing orders, retrieving relevant information to help answer queries as well liaising with other departments to obtain updates and come to solutions for customers.
Key roles & responsibilities
· Handling a range of inbound customer communication via telephone and email as the first point of contact for customers;
· Accurate and timely processing of sales orders;
· Processing returns, order queries and complaints in an appropriate manner;
· Answering product queries including providing detailed product knowledge and price information when needed;
· Investigating and answering queries received via our website and social media channels;
· Owning customer queries and liaising with other departments to obtain updates and develop customer-focussed solutions;
· Continually look at ways to make improvements to systems, processes and procedures;

Person Specification
· Proven experience of working in a Customer Service administration role working with telephone and email queries although face to face experience could be considered;
· GCSE’s grade A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language;
· Computer literate with good experience of MS Office, able to type accurately and at pace;
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
· Highly motivated and passionate about providing first-class customer service too all customers;
· Good attention to detail with a mindful approach;
· Friendly, polite and professional telephone manner;
· Able to work well under pressure during high seasonal demand periods (such as Christmas);
· Flexibility to work with the needs of the business.
