The Reindeer is reopening under new ownership, and we're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Front of House team members to join us as we launch an exciting new chapter.
Located in the heart of Hoveringham, The Reindeer is a village pub and restaurant focused on delivering excellent food, great drinks and warm, genuine hospitality. We're building a team that takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.
The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be involved in all aspects of guest service, including:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting bar service when required
- Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods
