As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Yugo’s rapid expansion across Europe, helping onboard new spaces into the Yugo family. From transitioning legacy systems to Yugo platforms like Student Suite and NetSuite to facilitating seamless operational setup across 02C, P2P, and R2R functions, you’ll ensure every acquisition integrates smoothly into the business.
This dynamic role covers everything from project ideation and financial system integration to investor liaison during hyper-care periods. No two weeks are the same, and you’ll thrive on the variety and challenges that come with rapid growth and innovation. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Yugo Finance Project and Systems Team, your responsibilities will include:

Acquisition Integration: Owning and leading the transition of new acquisitions into business-as-usual operations.

Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing detailed financial reporting packs for clients and as per agreed timelines and contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the main finance contact for investor and client queries during hyper-care periods.

Process Transition: Supporting the migration of accounting and reporting responsibilities into permanent business teams.

Balance Sheet Management: Conducting detailed reviews of balance sheets, ensuring all items are substantiated and have supporting reconciliations and that 100% of Floqast commitments are completed.

Team Efficiency: Reviewing transactional finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Lead, develop and inspire the Finance Mobilisation team, fostering a high-performance culture that maximises individual potential, builds capability
Qualifications:
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.

Broad Finance Experience: Expertise across P2P, 02C, and R2R functions.

Analytical Excellence: Strong skills in analysis, planning, organization, and problem-solving.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence, consult, and hold stakeholders accountable.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with experience preparing reports for diverse audiences.

Tech Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Self-Sufficiency: Experience thriving in a matrixed, global organization with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills

Experience in the student accommodation, hospitality, or residential sectors.

Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite.
