About the Role
We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate
Psychologist to join a well‑established network of
Children’s Learning Centres in
Wilmington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on making a real impact on children’s learning, emotional wellbeing, and development.
You will work closely with
schools, children’s homes, families, and multi‑disciplinary teams to provide high‑quality assessments, interventions, and guidance that support children with a wide range of needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychological assessments and evidence‑based interventions within learning centre settings.
- Work collaboratively with schools, teachers, SEN teams, and children’s residential homes to create tailored support plans.
- Offer consultation, training, and guidance to education staff and care teams.
- Support service development and contribute to a child‑centred, inclusive, and therapeutic environment.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and safeguarding practice.
About You
- Qualified Psychologist (Clinical, Educational, Counselling, or Forensic background welcomed).
- HCPC registration (or eligibility).
- Experience working with children and young people in educational, residential, or therapeutic settings.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Passionate about helping children thrive, learn, and achieve.
