At Westbourne Motors, we don't measure success by how many vehicles we recover—we measure it by how many we repair at the roadside. (Over 80%... but who's counting? We are.)
We're looking for experienced, motivated Vehicle Technicians to join our growing team covering Southern England.
What you'll be doing
No two days are ever the same.
One minute you'll be diagnosing an electrical fault on a family hatchback, the next you'll be replacing a suspension component, carrying out safety inspections or helping someone whose day has gone spectacularly wrong.
You'll have:
- An equipped company van
- Modern diagnostic equipment
- Quality parts and workshop support
- The freedom to use your skills rather than simply loading vehicles onto a truck
Our aim is simple:
Fix it. Reassure the customer. Get them safely back on the road.

- Bonus Commission: OTE up to £12,000 per year

What we're looking for
You'll probably already have:
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Roadside Technician or Mobile Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Pride in your workmanship
- Great customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to stay calm when someone begins a conversation with "It just made a funny noise..."

Hours
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 5:00pm
(With occasional overtime available to meet customer demand.)
