SoCal Reds provides young players with an opportunity to develop their sports skills, under the guidance of professional coaching staff while learning key life skills centered on the four values of the SoCal Reds DNA: Ambition, Commitment, Dignity and Unity.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver basic sessions in sports including cricket, badminton, tennis and other sports to boys and girls aged 3 through 14.
- Deliver engagement in community outreach programs including before school, lunchtime clubs and after school programs
- Client Management: Gain an understanding of club programs, policies, and procedures while developing effective communication skills. Training includes hands-on use of CRM systems to manage client relationships and maintain organized, accurate records.
- Business Strategy: Use knowledge of club programs and services to develop strategies for client growth and retention. Participants will learn to set actionable goals and implement data-driven solutions to support long-term success.
- Business Marketing: Apply insights from earlier phases to design targeted marketing materials and campaigns. Training emphasizes analyzing client needs, leveraging data to measure impact, and continuously refining marketing efforts for greater effectiveness
- Deliver basic skills training, practices and camps in soccer and multi sports
Role of an SoCal Reds:
- Set high standards of professionalism and demonstrate a high standard of conduct, thus providing a good role model for young players.
- Supervise and be responsible for a group of young players at all times during practices ensuring the safety of all as your first priority.
- Demonstrate both management and communication skills to players, parents, colleagues and community partners
- Promote SoCal Reds and our programs at all times.
- Be punctual at all times.
Terms and Conditions:
- Placement will start August 2026
- Non US based coaches are paid by Community Atheltic Solutions who also handle visa process
- Applicants must:
- Be 21 or older
- Possess a recognized coaching certificate or course of study
- Hold a valid driver license
- Attend one of our weekly zoom informational presentations
- Be able to attend an orientation event - Sunday May 3rd, Wolverhampton
- Be a degree program graduate or currently studying (remotely) OR
- Be enrolling on a remote degree and wish to study and work abroad or have a gap year OR
- Have 5 years of demonstrable sports or business related experience
- Access to a vehicle and shared room in a house is provided
- Visa Application Fee & Flight to the US is not included
- Prior to entry into the US, applicants are required to have personal medical insurance (part of Visa)
- Upon arrival - fingerprinting and safeguarding.
- Approx # hours per week (32)
