Self-Employed Cleaning Teams Wanted – Coventry & Surrounding Areas
We’re currently seeking experienced self-employed cleaners (with a team) to subcontract regular domestic and commercial cleaning work in Coventry and nearby areas.
You must currently be working as a self-employed cleaner and have availability for extra jobs. You will start with a 1-2 cleans per week and we will build you up from there. We are unable to offer "full time" hours as soon as you contract with us.
You must be willing to take on regular domestic cleans, as well as one off deep cleans.
This is an excellent opportunity for established cleaning teams looking to take on flexible, consistent jobs with no admin hassle.
What We Offer:

Payment:
- You earn 69% of the total job value
- Example: If a customer is charged £400 for a deep clean, you receive £276
- Jobs are paid per project, not hourly – however for reference, most jobs average £20–£40 per hour, depending on type and size

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- A team for handling larger or more intensive jobs
- Own transport and full cleaning equipment/supplies
- Public liability insurance
- Ability to work in Coventry and nearby areas (within 30 minutes)
- References, reviews, or client recommendations
