Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Follow portion control guidelines to minimise waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Support the team during busy service periods, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience in meal preparation and plating presentation is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Prior serving experience is a plus, as it enhances understanding of customer service expectations
Salary
- Hourly paid £13.00 plus service charge
