Finance Business Partner | Public Sector | Hybrid and flexible working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable public sector organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
- The role plays a key role in providing a robust accounting service to a range of key service areas
- Partnering with key service areas to identify and drive service improvements
- Liaise with budget holders to produce accurate budgets and ensure that financial risk is understood
- Training of budget holders on financial matters
- Presentation of financial reports to senior management
- Leading regular budget monitoring reports with senior stakeholders
- Management and development of small finance business partnering team
The person;
- CCAB/CIMA qualified
- Proven business partnering approach
