Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Estimator/Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting sales operations, preparing estimates, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team. Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen worktops using specialised software and data analysis tools
- Assist with sales administration duties, including processing orders and updating client records
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain organised records of quotations, contracts, and project documentation
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Contribute to organisational efficiency by managing time effectively and prioritising tasks
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated IT literacy and computer skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles will be considered an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
