Job Overview
We are seeking 4 motivated and detail-oriented Wallpapering Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal wallpaper adhesion
- Measure and cut wallpaper accurately to fit designated areas, ensuring seamless pattern alignment
- Apply wallpaper using appropriate techniques and tools, maintaining consistent tension and smoothness
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify project details and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of waste responsibly
- Inspect finished work for quality, making adjustments as needed to achieve flawless results
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
Skills
- Proven experience in wallpapering or related construction painting roles
- Strong driving skills for transporting materials and equipment to various job sites
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques specific to wallpaper installation
- Ability to interpret project plans, measurements, and instructions accurately
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and craftsmanship in finishing work
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights as required
