12.5 hours per week Term Time Only plus Two Weeks
Monday-Friday 3.20pm-5.50pm
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments within the school, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy and presentable.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including classrooms, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
- Dispose of waste and ensure proper recycling practices are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand cleaning requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
