Term Time Only
Required from September 2026
Self-employed
An inspirational and enthusiastic Rowing Coach is required to assist with training our crews from J14 to Senior. The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of rowing as well as coaching experience.
The role will involve coaching our crews during term time when required. Hours are to be worked flexibly each week with sessions held during two afternoons a week (Tuesday and Thursday approx 1pm-3.40pm) and on Saturday mornings for beginners and more experienced rowers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a clear passion for rowing coaching to assist with the competitive performance of our 40 rowers at all levels across the school. Ideally you will have performed or coached to a high standard and will possess at least a British Rowing Coaching Level 2 (or working towards) and RYA Powerboat level 2. The ability to drive a school minibus is also advantageous as pupils need to be transported from school to the boathouse.
If you would like to discuss the role in more detail, please contact the Director of Sport, via the school office.
