Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, manicures & pedicures with precision and care
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and beauty techniques tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance service quality
- Assist in promoting salon services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Ensure all treatments are delivered professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude that energizes clients
Requirements
- Proven experience or certification in beauty therapy or related field
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful and relaxed
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required
Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
