This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in marketing who's looking to build their skills and experience - whether you've had a bit of exposure already or are early in your career, we'll help you develop.
You'll get involved across the full mix of marketing activity, from content and social media to email campaigns and event support, working closely with the Group Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns that raise our profile and support business growth.

- Supporting the organisation and distribution of marketing materials and communications
- Helping track and report on campaign performance and basic marketing metrics
- Providing general marketing administration and support to the wider team

Experience
- Some exposure to marketing is desirable, whether through a role, placement, or study - but we're happy to consider candidates with the right attitude and limited direct experience
- A genuine interest in marketing and willingness to learn
- Good written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable using everyday software such as Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus, but not essential
The ideal candidate
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop their skills
- Well organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable asking questions and taking direction
- Happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks as the role develops
The above list is not exhaustive and will grow as your skills and confidence develop. For the right candidate, there's real potential for progression as the department and business expand.
