We help commercial clients across London and the South East keep their premises, grounds and external spaces clean, safe, presentable and well maintained.
Our work covers everything from commercial window cleaning and grounds maintenance to waste removal, landscaping, external cleaning and general facilities support.

The Opportunity
This isn’t a job for someone who wants to do exactly the same thing, in exactly the same place, every day.
It’s also not a role where you’ll be left standing around waiting to be told what to do next.
As a Multi-Skilled Facilities Operative, you’ll work across different areas of the business depending on the needs of our customers and the day’s schedule.
One day you might be supporting a commercial window-cleaning job. The next, you could be completing grounds maintenance, clearing a property, carrying out external cleaning or helping with a landscaping project.
You’ll help us deliver consistently excellent work so our customers know they can depend on Well Kept Group, whatever the job involves.
If you already have experience in one or more of these areas, we’d love to hear from you. If not, a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important, as full training will be provided. We can teach you how to use equipment and complete different types of work, but we can’t teach you to care, take pride in what you do or turn up with the right attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your working week could include:
Commercial window cleaning
Grounds and garden maintenance
Waste removal and property clearances
Landscaping work
Pressure washing and external cleaning
General facilities and property maintenance
Loading, unloading and safely transporting equipment
Representing Well Kept Group professionally at customer sites
Working alongside the wider team to complete jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard
No two days will be exactly the same
What You’ll Achieve
Within your first 12 months, you’ll be expected to:
Successfully complete your 12-week probation by demonstrating reliability, punctuality, professionalism and consistently high standards.
Become competent across several of our core services, giving you the confidence and skills to support a wide range of jobs.
Complete work safely and efficiently, following instructions, risk assessments and company procedures.
Take ownership of the quality of your work, leaving every customer site clean, tidy and properly finished.
Build trust with the team, becoming someone your colleagues can rely on when the workload is demanding.
Represent Well Kept Group professionally, helping us generate positive feedback, repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
Develop your practical skills, creating opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.
In short: you’ll help us turn demanding jobs into well-kept spaces and satisfied customers.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Meet the age requirements of our commercial vehicle insurance policy, which currently requires drivers to be aged 25 or over.
Be able to travel to jobs throughout Essex, London and the surrounding areas.
Be physically able to carry out manual and outdoor work.
Be available for occasional overtime and weekend work when required.
Previous experience in window cleaning, landscaping, grounds maintenance, external cleaning, clearances or general maintenance would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential.
Full training will be provided to the right person
Pay: £17.50 per hour
