Due to continued growth and increased demand, we’re looking for a Lead Deployment Engineer to join our Operations team. About the role:
The Lead Deployment Engineer will lead complex deployments from technical readiness through to on-site or remote execution and customer acceptance. in line with EA Technology standards for safety, quality and customer outcomes.
Other duties -
- Own deployment planning, task sequencing, technical coordination and issue resolution during delivery windows.
- Provide technical leadership to deployment engineers and ensure all work follows approved standards and methods.
- Validate that environments, hardware, data and dependencies are ready before deployment activity begins.
- Identify risks and recurring blockers in deployment processes and drive improvement actions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues during deployment and work with specialists to recover timelines when problems arise.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, field teams and customer stakeholders throughout
mobilisation and go-live.
