MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED
Pay : From £37,400 per annum
Location: Kingston KT1
Benefits: 28 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays

HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking a hands - on Multiskilled Maintenance Technician for our well established client in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team - focused environment with a diverse workload.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repairs across campus buildings.

Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across a wide variety of areas including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems focusing on your area of expertise.

Working across trade disciplines to support the wider team and maintain service continuity.

Using CAFM and BMS systems to log work and monitor building performance.

Collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and staff to deliver efficient maintenance services.

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:

A recognised qualification or strong experience in a core trade (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Heating or similar).

Experience in building services, facilities management, or maintenance environments.

Strong fault-finding and problem solving skills.

Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
-
A proactive, team - oriented approach with strong communication skills.
