Lola's Cupcakes has been operating since 2006. It was founded by two ladies who were focused on quality and attention to detail in their delicious cakes. Few years later, the company was taken over by a family who continue to uphold the founders' original vision of creating delicious cakes for every celebration. The company has been expanding successfully, and we have just launched a new store in Manchester.

About the role
* Store Manager duties include hiring and staffing, training and development, maintaining a work environment that meets company's requirements and policy, ensuring high quality standards, monitoring and reporting performance and sales, wastage and managing budgets and targets.
* Managers are expected to work a range of shifts throughout the week. High flexibility and availability is expected.
* We are looking for someone with at least two years of management experience in a busy and challenging retail environment. Additional training will be provided.
