We are recruiting a Front of House Supervisor, to be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach, with the focus on Customer Service in both in Reception and F&B. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards are met, profitability is achieved, and a seamless guest experience is delivered across all departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain daily operations to brand and legal standards across Reception and F&B.
- Implement and maintain departmental operating standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, food safety, licensing laws, health & safety, and employment legislation.
- Respond to audit results and ensure consistent hygiene and operational standards.
- Act as Duty Manager as required, ensuring overall hotel operation runs smoothly. Provide a clear shift handover to the next team member or manager, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity in service.
- Knowledge of Oracle Opera 5 and Microsoft 365 is a required skill
