We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Full-Time Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Working with the Maintenance Lead, the post will support all aspects of the preventative and reactive maintenance needs of the home. Good DIY skills and an ability to complete tasks to a high standard are essential. The role also requires you to undertake some caretaking duties. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.
What we can offer;
- £13.71 per hour
- Full time 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday with alternative weekends on call cover

You will need to have good communication skills both verbal and written, be reliable, flexible, and approachable with an ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative.
This position requires a full DBS (disclosure and barring service) check. Own transport is essential.
