As a Customer Service Assistant you will be our first point of contact with Patients and so it’s essential you enjoy meeting and helping people.
You will have exceptional people skills, be polite, courteous and confident and have a friendly approach and excellent communication skills. You will be looking after Patient enquiries either face-to-face or over the phone.
We will provide you with training on all products and aftercare as well as our clinical services.
This role is heavily IT based. You must be fully conversant with Outlook, Excel and Word. You will be highly organised and able to manage busy practitioners diaries. Your duties will include the following:
- Answering the telephone and looking after walk in enquiries
- Managing the practitioner diaries for appointments for ear wax removal and hearing aids
- Processing hearing aid and noise protection orders and repairs
- Helping patients to troubleshoot hearing aid issues, eg, changing wax guards and domes
- Co-ordinating all patient aftercare
- Working with our on-line Patient Management system
- Invoicing and handling payments
- COV-ID cleaning measures in between patient visits
This position is job shared so you must have flexibility to cover sick and holidays for your colleague. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm. Please apply in writing with your full CV.
