Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, development, and social skills among young children
- Support children’s emotional well-being by creating a caring and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor each child's progress and tailor activities to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and daily activities
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of childcare, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Manage classroom resources efficiently and contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning environment
Experience
- Experience in nursery settings or similar environments is highly desirable
